I know of nowhere else to really let my feelings come out. I just received a call from my father, which in and of itself is a rare occasion. He called to tell me that my grandparent's house had just burned down, and everyone was in fact, not ok.

I'm still completely in shock. I don't know what to do with myself. This is the first real death that has been close to my heart. Sure it's sad when a dog dies, or someone moves away, but I just don't know how to cope with this. Shouldn't I be sobbing? Completely dismantled of rational thought? I wish I was, it would make this easier.

Instead, I find myself sitting here, completely numb, posting to a long abandoned internet journal.

Consistently be optimistic. This is my M-O. This is how I get through every day. It was her time. She lived a good life. But to go so violently, for someone so gentle and thoughtful. No one deserves that. No one.

And that's it. Life must move on. Fuck. =(

New Apartment
New Haircut
New Clothes
New Roommate
New Classes
New Opportunities.

This is gonna be a good damn year. I get to go back to the awesome co-rec, walk to classes every day, and have my diet back which was kicking my shins in last semester and this one I expect to do the same.

I think this year is going to be the one I talk about when I'm 90 years old.

I am this close to being able to see abs.

This summer is kicking ass so far, been hanging out with friends, alot of great new ideas for things to do, and just in general everything is going pretty awesomely.

The best part is this is just the beginning, and next semester is going to be fucking amazing.

PS Everyone in the region who I haven't hung out with. CALL ME YOU ASSHOLES LETS DO THINGS IT WILL BE BADASS
